About Tucson Girls Chorus:
Founded in 1985, the Tucson Girls Chorus is one of Southern Arizona’s premier youth choral organizations, dedicated to empowering young singers through artistic excellence, community, and leadership. Serving singers from elementary through high school, the chorus provides a dynamic music education experience that emphasizes healthy vocal technique, musicianship, confidence, and collaboration.
Known for its vibrant performances and inclusive spirit, Tucson Girls Chorus presents a diverse repertoire spanning classical, folk, multicultural, contemporary, and commissioned works. Choristers regularly perform throughout the Tucson community and have appeared in regional and national festivals, collaborative concerts, and special civic events.
Beyond musical achievement, the organization is committed to nurturing creativity, self-expression, and lifelong friendships in a supportive environment where young voices are encouraged to thrive both on and off the stage.
