Hood River Home Energy Efficiency Open House

Join us to learn about the following:
- How to repair, weatherize, air seal and insulate your home;
- Which resources are available to help with installing more affordable high-efficiency heating and cooling appliances such as electric heat pumps and high-efficiency gas furnaces; and
- How to receive incentives and cash payments for home energy upgrades including home repairs, weatherization, HVAC quipment and other energy-saving measures — no matter what type of home energy heating and cooling you have.
Here are some key details:
- Presentations will be given in English and Spanish
- Childcare will be available
- Food will be provided
- Free weatherization kits
- Exhibitors including energy assistance providers; local community-based organizations; and HVAC, hot water, weatherization, and insulation contractors.
