SUMMARY:Never Come Down
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 27th\, 2026 \n$25 Advance // $30 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nNEVER COME DOWN \nFormed in 2017\, Never Come Down was born from the vibrant if not occasionally overlooked music scene of Portland\, Oregon. Much like the city that inspired them\, they’re a smart\, charming\, off-beat amalgam of varied backgrounds and tastes. In today’s paradoxical world where honoring tradition is often pitted against exploration and innovation\, the band confidently walks the line between the modern and the tried-and-true. They’ve gained a loyal following and continue to win over audiences everywhere from Reykjavik’s Iceland Airwaves to San Francisco’s acclaimed Hardly Strictly Bluegrass. They’ve gained the attention of industry veterans\, and toured in support of notable acts such as Yonder Mountain String Band and The Travelin’ McCourys\, among others. Never Come Down’s live performance never disappoints- with showmanship\, originality\, songwriting and musical prowess far beyond their years.

SUMMARY:Orquestra Pacifico Tropical
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, July 3rd\, 2026 \n$25 Advance // $30 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nORQUESTRA PACIFICO TROPICAL \nOver the past decade\, Orquestra Pacifico Tropical has built a reputation for explosive and exciting sets of electrifying\, psychedelic cumbia. They’ve performed at music festivals around the Pacific Northwest\, including Treefort Music Fest\, PDX Pop Now!\, Freakout\, Lose Yr Mind\, Soul’d Out\, Biamp Portland Jazz Festival and more\, with live shows that have been described as a “jubilant rhythmic frenzy” and “mind-altering”. OPT has been proud to share the stage at beautiful theaters and hails around the PNW with legendary acts like Ural Thomas and the Pain\, Y La Bamba\, Thee Sacred Souls\, The Dandy Warhols\, Edna Vasquez and many other incredible groups. Their third album “El Poder” will be released on June 19th\, 2026. \nOn a gloomy Pacific Northwest weekend in November 2020\, OPT started writing new material at a beach-side cabin for what would become their third full length album\, “El Poder”. The cloudy\, overcast mood of the coastal forest afforded obvious inspiration which could subsequently be heard on the demo recordings. A warm\, inviting Living-room-session amongst close friends\, truly allowed for spontaneous creativity and earnest musicianship at a crucial developmental stage in the album’s trajectory. \n“El Poder” finds OPT continuing its traditional cumbia-centric path\, while also delving into salsa\, and psychedelic northwest-inspired sounds. “El Poder” is Orquestra Pacific Tropical at the height of their powers\, satisfying the veteran listener as well as offering new sonic explorations and a wholy unique latin music experience.

SUMMARY:Countryside Ride
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, July 4th\, 2026 \n$17 Advance // $25 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nCOUNTRYSIDE RIDE \nCountryside Ride is a five-piece traditional Country and Western Honkytonk Dance band that has been entertaining audiences throughout the Pacific Northwest for two decades. Playing festivals\, dances\, special events\, and rodeos like the Pendleton Roundup\, Countryside Ride consistently entertains four generations of music fans while breathing new energy into traditional Country music. Additionally\, Countryside Ride has shared the stage with acts like Wayne “The Train” Hancock\, Rosie Flores\, Hellbound Glory\, Summer Dean\, and many others. Although they have released two of their own records\, Countryside Ride’s repertoire is vast and incorporates multiple sub-genres of American music as well: making them the Pacific Northwest’s premier Honkytonk dance band. \n“It’s more than just fashionable fools donning cowboy hats and bolo ties—the music of classic country has also been in the throes of a pocketed resurgence. Indie musicians in their 30s have started paring down their layers\, adding pedal steel\, and discovering folks like George Jones\, Buck Owens\, and Merle Haggard—songwriters who did more with less. The johnny-come-latelys would do well to take a gander at Countryside Ride\, who aren’t old-timers\, but spot-on\, honky-tonk preservationists capable of teaching a master class. The Clark County\, Washington\, group knows what it takes to make a great bar band: For a decade they’ve played mostly covers with easy\, ego-less finesse and aplomb. From the plunking stand-up bass\, to the swinging\, minimalist drums\, to the crisp\, plucky Telecaster twang\, to the love-sick croon and hootin & hollers\, Countryside Ride is as timeless and sturdy as their vernacular.” \n— ANDREW R TONRY\, The Portland Mercury

SUMMARY:Hot Damn Scandal / James Rossi at Trout Lake Hall
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, July 10th\, 2026 \n$15 Advance // $15 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nHOT DAMN SCANDALHot Damn Scandal finds its songs under park benches and in forgotten alleyways\, on the corner of Tom Waits and Gershwin. The resulting outlaw ballads\, dirty jazz\, circus freakouts\, shanty-rags\, string band funk\, lonesome heart-breakers\, and whiskey bottle love songs blend together in what may be best described as ‘Cabaret Americana’: theatrical\, orchestral\, lyrical\, and endlessly danceable. \nThe group began as a nebula of traveling musicians formed around the songs of founder Pete Irving over 15 years ago. Firmly rooted in Bellingham\, WA since 2016\, they have become a staple in the ever evolving NW music scene. \nWith influences ranging from Roma Swing to Motown\, from Klezmer too Country\, they’ll be in your ears and on your mind for good after you’ve seen them once. \nJAMES ROSSIInstantly recognizable by his elastic bass vocals\, harmonic sensibility and poetic bent\, James Rossi is both a careful crafter of originals songs and a renovator of unsung classics from the early 20th-century.

SUMMARY:Kimmi Bitter / County Line at Trout Lake Hall
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, July 11th\, 2026 \n$15 Advance // $20 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nKIMMI BITTER \nDubbed “the future of classic country” by Saving Country Music\, Kimmi Bitter has emerged as a leading voice of the New Countrypolitan sound. By fusing the golden-era spirit with West Coast energy\, her blend of 1960s Nashville grandeur\, surf-soaked guitar tones\, and mod aesthetics has earned her a devoted following across the country. Often described as Patsy Cline set against a Quentin Tarantino soundtrack\, Bitter’s music evokes a midcentury California dream: cinematic\, timeless\, and transportive. \nA fast-rising force in Americana\, Bitter first turned heads with her acclaimed 2024 debut\, Old School. The album quickly broke into the Top 25 Americana Album Radio Chart and held the No. 1 spot on the Alt. Country Speciality Chart for four consecutive weeks. It was also featured in Billboard’s “8 Must-Hear New Country Songs” and named one of Whiskey Riff’s Top Debut Albums. The release earned eight award nominations\, culminating in three San Diego Music Awards\, including Best Country Album (2025)\, along with back-to-back Song of the Year wins (2024 & 2025). Her live performances have since been praised as “one of the biggest takeaways” at both Austin’s SXSW and Nashville’s AmericanaFest. \nNow\, Bitter returns with her highly anticipated sophomore album\, Bittersweet\, arriving late summer 2026. A sun-faded West Coast Countrypolitan record inspired by Pacific coastlines\, Palm Springs glamour\, and the psychedelic desert haze of the 1960s. Across 13-tracks\, the album unfolds in two acts: moving from breezy\, Countrypolitan warmth into desert-noir twilight. Distinctively her own\, it is both a continuation of Bitter’s vintage-rooted vision and a bold expansion of the world she’s built. \nBacked by her band\, The Westside Twang\, Kimmi Bitter is no longer simply reviving a classic sound; she is redefining it for a new era. With a rapidly expanding audience\, a singular artistic identity\, and a vision that reaches far beyond nostalgia\, Kimmi Bitter stands at the forefront of modern classic country. \nCOUNTY LINE County Line is a Columbia River Gorge-based quintet playing an original mix of roots-rock and Americana music. The line-up includes Kerry Williams on mandolin and guitar\,Jeremy Hadden on bass\, Tim Ortlieb on drums\, Larry Wyatt on guitar\, and songwriter Matt Mesa on guitar. They are a lively presence on stage showcasing some fiery picking and harmony vocals.

SUMMARY:The Lostines / Sequoia at Trout Lake Hall
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, July 17th\, 2026 \n$25 Advance // $30 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nTHE LOSTINES \nTHE LOSTINES: Superimposing Everly Brothers-style harmonies atop lilting guitar and doo-wop-inspired instrumentation\, Camille Wind Weatherford and Casey Jane Reece-Kaigler transmit messages of disillusionment\, enduring romanticism\, and tenacious hope. Named after a river in the duo’s native Oregon and cultivated in the New Orleans DIY scene where the pair met\, The Lostines’ chemistry is both forward-looking and a throwback\, born of seemingly disparate aesthetics — classic country\, Louisiana dance hall\, mid-century girl groups. \nSince joining forces in 2013\, the Lostines have been transporting fans with bare and ethereal lullabies\, smart harmonies\, and wry call-and-response\, all the while tempering that sincerity with an ample dose of tongue-in-cheek goofiness. \nSEQUOIA \nSequoia spent his early life in transience and instability\, relocating several times before landing in rural Vermont. Growing up in a family full of wanderlust\, adulthood maintained the same momentum\, moving consistently\, seeking belonging. Having recently returned to his adopted hometown of Portland\, Oregon\, he spends months on the road\, touring nationally as a solo artist. Offering these stark\, vulnerable\, performances has afforded closeness in several musical communities. To have these relationships\, built through songwriting\, is a cherished experience. To him\, there is a no greater feeling of place. Seeing and living in so many parts of the country has offered a diverse perspective on what it means to be American\, and his writing embraces this with often floral descriptions of environment that mirror emotional experiences. Travis picking and timeless lyricism anchor these songs in the folk tradition\, while melodic chord progressions and unpredictable song structure challenge the genre with sincerity. The recordings\, first and foremost\, serve the songs\, but often take risks with orchestration to shape a sound entirely of its own. Listening is a sojourn of painted moments that brood hopefulness\, pain\, and the haunting melancholy of life.

SUMMARY:The Builders & The Butchers / Sunbathe / Nice Boat
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, July 24th\, 2026 \n$20 Advance // $25 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nTHE BUILDERS & THE BUTCHERS \nIt’s been four years since Portland\, Oregon’s The Builders and the Butchers released their sixth studio album\, Hell & High Water. That album received rave reviews and led to sold out shows – including opening for The Dead South at 3\,000 capacity venues across the U.S.Their 2026 album No Tomorrow was produced and recorded by multi-instrumentalist bandmate Ray Rude at his own Laundry Room Studio. It will be released on April 9th\, 2026 via Badman Recording Co. \nThe Builders and the Butchers’ vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Ryan Sollee states\, “it’s been an unexpected privilege to create and perform live music for over 20 years as a ramshackle band. We never could have imagined the cultural\, political and social changes that have occurred in that time. Through the rapid deterioration ofhuman connection\, the denial of environmental destruction\, and inept greed based leadership we still find joy.We find connection through creation. For us\, making and performing music is a way to bring humanity to a world bent on destroying it.” \nThe band has had over 100\,000 monthly listeners on Spotify for years now.Several of their videos have millions of views on You Tube – including “Bringin’ Home the Rain” with 19 million views. They are well known for their energized live performances and have dedicated fans that travel long distances to see them play. \n“As our lives become more digital\, people are sharing physical spaces less and less. The creation and performance of live music is an ever crucial\, consistent\, and communal space. In these spaces people can share the sounds\, sights and smells of what it’s like to be moved in unison and feel connection\,” says Sollee. \nWith glowing album and show reviews coming from Pitchfork and The Wall Street Journal\, among others\, their brand of folk-rock is best served live. Audiences can look forward to lively performances\, where fourth wall is broken and the audience is able to participate in call and response sing-a-longs. Sometimes the band will hand out instruments for fans to play\, and they’ll even get down off stage to perform right on the floor. \n“The songs for No Tomorrow were written with our cultural changes and challenges in mind. The overarching message is that we can find hope in each other and still lead lives full of joy and creativity even when systems and leaders fail us.We believe we have much more that unites us\, than divides us and that music is one of the best ways to create a connected shared experience for people.Live rock and roll is a church for the non-religious and religious alike. We would love to see you at a show\, shake your hand\, give you a hug\, and talk with you.We are forever grateful to you: our strange\, unique\, amazing fans. We are thrilled to share this album with you and hope it brings some light into the darkness\,” remarks Sollee. \n“The members of The Builders And The Butchers have specialized in a kind of white-knuckle Americana: Their acoustic folk-rock sound is shot through with nervy\, hellfire-and-brimstone intensity. The Portland-born band’s hometown brethren in The Decemberists provide a useful reference point — singer Ryan Sollee has a wide-open bellow and a gift for vivid imagery.” – Stephen Thompson\, NPR Music \n“The Builders and the Butchers make records the way the bards used to pass on stories. They’re poetic and captivating\, and do to songwriting what Clint Eastwood does to movies\,” and this [new record] follows the same\, narrative-driven path.” – Consequence of Sound \nSUNBATHE \nSunbathe is a guitar-pop band from Portland\, Oregon\, formed in 2015 by songwriter Maggie Morris. Known for her ethereal vocals and introspective songwriting\, Morris radiates the smarts and edge of Liz Phair at her anthemic best\, but with delicate golden guitar and a glut of catchy harmonies that would make James Mercer shed a little tear. The live band has an exceptional lineup including Adria Ivanitsky\, Tyler Figley\, and Skyler Hamler. Together\, the band has an energetic and joyful presence on stage and a signature sound characterized by shimmering guitars\, sweeping melodies\, and a deep sense of emotional resonance. \nSunbathe’s musical journey has been marked by exciting milestones\, including a notable 2019 recognition as one of Portland’s “Best New Bands.” Their growing reputation led them to tour with some of the indie scene’s most respected acts\, including Typhoon\, Built to Spill\, and Helio Sequence\, garnering an exceptional response from their audiences. \nIn 2022\, the band won the Echo Fund Grant\, allowing them to continue creating and evolving their sound. As they prepare to release their highly anticipated new album\, Myself To You\, Sunbathe continues to push creative boundaries\, capturing the essence of their dreamy\, atmospheric style while experimenting with new sonic landscapes.

Mitchell’s songs are equal parts clever\, quick-witted and heartbreakingly confessional\, (oftentimes all at once) translating well both in attentive listening rooms and rowdy rock halls. If ‘The Band’ took a road trip to Laurel Canyon and pulled their tour bus over to pick up John Prine hitching his way down the pacific coastline\, their rolling jam sessions might sound a little like Matt Mitchell Music Co.

SUMMARY:Esther Rose at Trout Lake Hall
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, August 6th\, 2026 \n$23 Advance // $28 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nESTHER ROSE \nEsther Rose was on a long solo drive when she started writing the opening title track of Want\, her stunning fifth album. At first\, the words seemed almost like a joke\, something to keep herself amused as the miles passed. “I want a puppy\, but I don’t want a mess. I want to know where I’m going without GPS\,” she sang from behind the wheel. Soon\, the idea snowballed into a list of desires that spanned existential\, spiritual\, and mundane; romantic to platonic to familial; at once wildly ambitious yet piercingly relatable; all set to a catchy melody that blends her pop instincts with country storytelling and the raw immediacy of a basement punk show. In other words\, she was on her way to another classic Esther Rose song. \nThis precise blend has made the Santa Fe-based artist one of her generation’s most beloved songwriters: someone whose live shows are known to conclude in mass tears and group hugs. Still\, something was different this time. “For me\, these songs felt like revelations\,” she explains\, comparing the 11-song record to a memoir\, alive with kinetic storytelling and personal insight. In its newly direct and stirringly nuanced writing\, you’ll hear about rock bottom encounters\, shifting relationships with substances\, evolving perspectives on adult partnership\, and\, as evidenced by those early lines in “Want\,” a few jokes along the way. Vivid and bracing\, Want places you in the passenger seat while each of these feelings arrive. \nTo match the multi-dimensional tone of the writing\, Rose has made the most adventurous\, hardest-hitting record of her career. Working with producer Ross Farbe and recording live-to-tape in Nashville’s Bomb Shelter\, she travels as far as she’s been from the stripped-down classic country of celebrated early work like 2017’s This Time Last Night and 2019’s You Made It This Far. Following the wide-open serenity of 2023’s momentous Safe to Run\, she now leans toward confrontational arrangements full of distortion and full-band spontaneity\, never sacrificing a classicist’s gift for melody that makes each song instantly memorable. \n“Making this album was the most beautiful experience of my life\,” Rose explains\, describing the euphoria of sharing these intimate stories among trusted collaborators like guitarist Kunal Prakash\, drummer Howe Pearson\, bassist Gina Leslie\, and pedal steel player John James Tourville. She also enlisted friends like singer-songwriter Dean Johnson (who duets in the stunning “Scars”) and New Orleans rock band Video Age (who she co-wrote “tailspin” with) to flesh out her vision. Ranging from stark solo performances to grungy blowouts\, the album maintains a steady focus while never staying too long in one place. (Like David Bowie\, Rose would arrive at the studio in carefully chosen outfits to set the tone for each session\, guiding her bandmates to follow the mood.) \nTo reach this level of confidence\, Rose had to recalibrate her entire relationship with music. When she concluded the tour for Safe to Run\, she considered quitting altogether\, feeling exhausted and depleted\, seeing no way to continue at her relentless pace. But after quitting drinking and finding new momentum in therapy\, she devoted herself to the new material\, letting ideas flow without worrying about the final product. She considered making an electro-pop album; a self-titled acoustic record. Eventually\, she began categorizing her disparate ideas under the working title The Therapy LP. \n“There are things that I have tiptoed around in my writing—and in my life—that I wasn’t ready to look at\,” she reflects\, “and now I’m going for it.” The results are breakthroughs like “Had To” and “Rescue You” that tether her tightly structured melodies to narratives that bring distressing subject matter down to earth. And where her love songs in the past often found universal resonance in simple questions about heartbreak\, these ones explore complex subjects like accountability and true connection: “Baby\, I’ve got scars that you cannot see/Love them for what they gave to me\,” she sings boldly in “Scars.” \nThis level of vulnerability is new from Esther Rose—a vow to be known more fully by her audience\, herself\, and the people in her life. “Each time I write a new album\, I go a little deeper\,” she says. “For me\, it’s been very challenging to stay… I’m always packing the Subaru in my mind.” And while she can still craft a road song like nobody else—“Two days on the highway\, solo drive/Today is the greatest day of my life\,” she sings in “tailspin”—she now searches for stability\, even when that means confronting internal chaos. The album’s closing song\, titled “Want Pt. 2\,” returns Rose to her old hometown of New Orleans during Mardi Gras\, watching a Rolling Stones cover band in a bar she frequented back in the day. She’s teary-eyed\, surrounded by loved ones\, finding new profundity in a shaky rendition of “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.” As she reflects on the scene—even interpolating some of the Stones’ lyrics and melodic cues—her friends provide celebratory backing vocals as the band thrashes away. It’s a fitting finale for the strongest\, widest-reaching album of her career—a moment when the past\, present\, and future collide\, a panorama of emotions\, the kind of party you never want to leave.

SUMMARY:*SOLD OUT* Apocalypse\, Never! Tour Nick Shoulders
DESCRIPTION:**Tickets Presale release Wednesday April 8 at 10am!** \nFriday\, August 7th\, 2026 \n$28 Advance // $35 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nNICK SHOULDERS \nRefugia Blues\, the fifth album from Nick Shoulders\, is a record of big ideas and small\, intimate moments. \nThese nine songs are rooted in the stylings of Southern traditional music. Sparse\, timeless\, and unamplified\, they’re older than the sounds Shoulders saluted on albums like 2023’s All Bad\, with its loud\, whooping anthems for roadhouses and sweaty dancehalls. Here\, Shoulders isn’t shouting over a band. He isn’t bringing a crowd to its feet with dance-ready tempos. Rather\, he’s exploring another side of his craft by stepping up to a ribbon microphone as a solo performer\, delivering each song with acoustic instruments and a voice that’s equal parts country croon\, Appalachian yodel\, and high-lonesome field holler. As he explains it\, Refugia Blues isn’t just a call to action; it’s a call to rest\, too. \n“This is my Nebraska\,” he says\, nodding to Bruce Springsteen’s lo-fi acoustic record from 1982. “Some people listen to Bruce for the E Street Band and the big radio hits\, but I like the intimacy and rawness of Nebraska instead. I’d like to think of Refugia Blues as a little window into the heart\, as opposed to the drumbeat of a revolution.” \nEven so\, Refugia Blues resolutely pushes for change. Shoulders’ interpretation of American roots music has always been more progressive and punky than the trucks-and-beers conservatism that passes for modern-day country\, and he isn’t checking his activism at the door anytime soon. Refugia Blues does dive into personal territory\, from “Bored Fightin'” (a self-effacing look at Shoulders’ reputation as a left-of-center radical) to the heart-on-sleeve love song “Tatum Spring\,” but it balances the micro with the macro\, too. Topics like climate collapse\, radical anthropology\, generative disruption\, and southern identity run throughout the record\, adding weight to Shoulders’ melodies\, balancing his witty humor with topical weight. The purpose\, he says\, is to utilize his music as “a Trojan Horse that can be accepted by people who don’t hear anything to challenge their sense of comfort and superiority. That’s always been the goal — to say what needs to be said\, but to intersperse it with joy\, humor\, and melody.” \nIt’s a balance that Shoulders has struck in the past\, but never so nakedly alone as he does on the opening track\, “Apocalypse Never.” He wrote the a cappella ballad in the front seat of his band’s shuttle bus\, taking a hard look at each passing town\, noting all the “individualized apocalypses” — houseless encampments\, impoverished communities\, barren cornfields — that unfolded on the other side of the windshield. “Our world has been through countless apocalypses\,” he says. “The refusal to give in to the direness of our circumstances\, while still acknowledging it\, is key to surviving this moment in our history.” \nFor Shoulders\, singing isn’t just a passion; it’s practically a birthright. Born to a musical family with deep roots in Arkansas\, Appalachia\, and Louisiana\, he grew up listening to old-world folk music\, black gospel\, and other sounds that existed long before genres were even invented. “My vocal style is rooted as much in growing up in mountainous Arkansas and having to shout across vast distances to greet my neighbors as it is in my family’s very old way of singing\,” he says. “The way I sing is older than capitalism. Being part of this tradition isn’t meant to be regressive; it’s meant to be liberating. There were time before cash registers and factories\, where people sang like this when they sowed their corn\, and I’m trying to embody that.” \nRefugia Blues was recorded in a home studio outside of Fayetteville\, Arkansas. Tracked to analog tape in two inspired days and laced with light touches of guitar\, banjo\, and fiddle\, the album explores the slower\, softer textures of Shoulders’ music without pulling any punches. On his bare-boned cover of Randy Travis’ “Diggin’ Up Bones\,” he slows down the uptempo classic to a warbling waltz. On “Deux Hurry\,” he taps into his inner Roger Miller\, using wordplay to make light of the darkness that lives within all of us. On “Hill Folk\,” he nods sympathetically to the southerners who’ve witnessed their cultural inheritance become commodified and commercialized over the past half-century. And on the brave\, bold “Dixie Be Damned\,” he sings about “manifest destitution” and the sickness of contemporary American consciousness\, packaging everything into a three-and-a-half minute country gem that’s as tuneful as it is topical. \nBy bridging the gap between past and present\, Shoulders speaks pointedly and poetically about today’s problems\, even as he nods to styles that existed long before the 21st century. “When you listen to the origins of country music in the ’20s and ’30s\, you’re hearing the voice of southern rural dissent against coal companies\, repression\, and depression\,” he says. “The old ballad singers of the Ozarks were conduits for current events\, documenting not only their own lives\, but also dispossession and economic strife on a much bigger scale. Being part of that great stream of rural protest music is something I’m trying to tap into. I want to say things that feel timeless\, deep\, and rooted\, but also touch on topics like endless war and a government collapsing into dictatorship. I want to be part of that tradition of dissent.” \nAt once academic and accessible\, Refugia Blues isn’t just a deep dive into southernness\, but also into Shoulders himself. Released during an era of big-budget country-pop smashes\, it stands tall as something else entirely: a raw\, resolute version of American country music\, punctuated with humor and heavy insights\, stacked high with songs that go down easy but linger in the minds of those willing to invest the time.

Rooted in the wild elements and the ancient rhythms of ancestry and place\, her music is an intimate conversation between the human heart and the living earth. Writing songs since the age of twelve\, Savannah has long understood songwriting as a sacred alchemy — a way of transforming the raw material of life into something that connects\, heals\, and endures. \nHer debut album Roots in the Water (March 2024) offered love songs for the earth and a prayer for the planet — music born from deep reverence for the world we inhabit. Now\, with her second album arriving June 13th\, 2026\, Savannah turns tenderly inward. These honey-sweet songs with an Americana sound are of finding home\, stepping into motherhood\, and weaving community — threaded through with longing\, nostalgia\, grief\, and the quiet wonder of love in all its forms. \na place to call home (June 2026) is produced by friend and fellow musician Ben Larsen. After the many hours of devoted time working on this project\, the two of them are excited to be playing and singing together in person. \nBEN LARSEN \nFor over a decade Larsen has been performing up and down the west coast and nationally as a solo artist. He recently returned home to the Pacific Northwest after spending a year and half in New York City\, writing and producing his third studio record Clarity\, out fall of 2024.

SUMMARY:Bart Budwig (full band) / Bryan John Appleby
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, August 20th\, 2026 \n$15 Advance // $20 Day Of Show6pm Doors / 7pm ShowAll Ages \nBART BUDWIGBart Budwig is a son of Idaho\, a cosmic country crooner\, a rousing trumpet player\, and cryin’-style soul singer. His music is made up of seemingly incongruous parts; thrum & strum country rhythms\, jazz guitar melodies\, R&B vocals. When Bart sings he draws out words into meditative mantras\, whole note neologisms that keep you hanging on until his raspy voice trails off in a ragged edge. His forthcoming album\, Another Burn On The AstroTurf (January 24\, 2020\, Fluff and Gravy Records) was recorded over five days by a seven-piece band inside the OK Theater. It’s a melancholy rhapsody that recalls the uncorked rock n’ roll spirituality of king mystic Van Morrison\, the gloomy nostalgia of dark prince Nick Drake and the songcraft sans self-seriousness of 70s Muscle Shoals. \nLike those psycho-spiritual song crafters\, his power comes from vocal idiosyncrasies – intonations of love\, impermanence\, hope\, humor. The album opens with Budwig originals “Time For Two”\, “First To Go”\, and “Strong Coffee”– originally presented with just solo guitar (and crackling wood stove) on the album Sabai. The songs are recorded here live\, full band\, in medley\, with hot electric guitar\, woody double bass\, and drums. The band electrifies and scourges the flesh of the songs into fully formed folk rock stunners. \nThere is what the Romans called a “divine lustre” about Bart Budwig. His blonde hair and beard wrap around his collar\,and frame his smile in a nimbus of gold. His radiance belies the loyalty he commands of an army of talent. He’d sooner tell you a joke than reveal to you he’s recorded dozens of albums and hundreds of songs in the last few years. Bart’s mastery of dramatic irony turns his work with complex emotional states of being into comforting\, uplifting\, relatable music. \nIt’s this ability to combine tragedy and comedy in his humanist hallelujahs that makes Budwig a gravitational force and industry chimera. The studio general\, the clown prince\, the sensitive songwriter with a rugged voice. The soul singer with a cosmic country band. The creator of a folk universe drawing musicians from everywhere to the middle of nowhere. It’s this juxtaposition that makes Another Burn On The AstroTurfanother success for Bart Budwig\, and a must listen for you. – Sean Jewell \nBRYAN JOHN APPLEBY \nBryan John Appleby has been writing\, recording\, and performing original music for almosttwo decades. Based in Seattle\, his folk-centric body of work incorporates breezy mid century pop\, intricate fingerpicking\, lush cinematic layers\, and lyrics that often evoke hisCentral Coast origins. \nHis latest full-length\, Underwater Easy Breathing\, exemplifies his distinct productionpalette. Oceanic and synth-laced\, the album is a natural next step in his wandering\, oftendensely layered repertoire. Previous works include The Narrow Valley (2015)\, a maximalistconcept album drenched in dreamy\, orchestral elements and experimental sounds\, andFire on the Vine (2011)\, a darker collection with more conventional folk structures andorganic instrumentation. \nWith a house show tour circuit taking him throughout the Western States\, Appleby has shared the stage with artists such as Damien Jurado\, Deep Sea Diver\, Tomo Nakayama\, YLa Bamba\, Shaina Shepherd\, Dean Johnson\, and Sera Cahoone and many others.

SUMMARY:Sunday Serenade: Forrest VanTuyl Trio
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 6th\, 2026 \n$20 Advance // $25 Day Of Show11:30am Doors / 12:30pm ShowAll Ages*Limited Tickets* \nSunday Serenade is Trout Lake Hall’s new brunch music series. With limited tickets and cozy seating\, it’s a relaxed\, up-close experience—perfect for lingering over food and gentle Sunday tunes. Come in for a real Sunday Funday! \nFORREST VANTUYL TRIO \nForrest VanTuyl is a songwriter\, touring musician\, and working cowboy from rural Washington State. His unique approach to songwriting is one equally indebted to the transcendental spareness of Emmylou Harris’ Wrecking Ball as to his own experiences working with cattle and horses in the prairie and canyon country of Oregon and Washington. VanTuyl has worked as a backing musician and collaborator with critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter Margo Cilker\, become a regular fixture at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering in Elko\, Nevada\, shared stages with Sera Cahoone\, Ramblin’ Jack Elliot\, and Corb Lund\, and been featured by The New York Times\, National Geographic\, NPR\, and KEXP. VanTuyl’s newest album Old Trails\, released in September 2025 on Fossil Records\, is peopled with characters just as concerned with the minutiae of feed trucks and fenceposts as with the enormity of their loves and longings. By overstuffing his songs with closely observed details of a modern-day cowboy’s work and life\, VanTuyl is consistently able to find the beating heart at the center of his deromanticized American West.
