DESCRIPTION:Join artist Cathleen Rehfeld for a 3-hour outdoor painting class in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Pacific Northwest! \nWe’ll begin with a focused demonstration (30–45 minutes) where Cathleen will cover key concepts including color\, value\, perspective\, composition\, and techniques for creating a strong sense of atmosphere and distance in your paintings. She’ll also answer questions and help everyone get set up and focused. Cathleen will be painting in oils\, but students are welcome to bring oil or gouache. \nAfter the demo\, students will paint on location while Cathleen circulates to provide individual guidance and feedback at your easel.
