DESCRIPTION:The 4rd annual Orletta time trials. \nregister here!\nhttps://events.com/r/en_US/registration/orletta-time-trials-2025-white-salmon-october-1005851 \nSaturday October 11th\nMeet at BZ launch site\n8:30am for check-in and bibs.\n9:30am group safety talk\n10:00am race start \nmore details to come \nthe course: seal launch in from the orletta putin to the rocks on river right below top drop(the bottom drop of the maytag sequence) in other words ALL of orletta including bz falls. you may run or portage BZ Falls and be in a category accordingly. \nclasses\nLongboat = 10′ or longer\nshortboat =9’11” or shorter \nother classes can be added if 3 or more sign up \n**<(scorch x races in longboat)>** \nUpon participation consider yourself on a solo run of the orletta section of the white salmon river. Safety will have been set in select spots on the river but realistically most places on the river you are on your own.\nthe race course is a very long section\, last year’s times were between 17 and 25 minutes of race time. \nplease carpool and park at the public parking off the b500 road not at the orletta house. \nPro Tip: Drop off your boat at the top before check-in!
