Then\, rest into a super-supported lying pose as both Angel Rose & Gail create a 45-minute immersive duet sound bath\, blending the graceful harmonies of alchemy bowls\, quartz crystal bowls\, flute\, Grotta Sonora gong\, and koshi chimes. \nThis practice is designed for all levels—no yoga experience needed. Infused early with a strong love of Southern music – thanks to kin from that part of the country – John has developed his own unique fusion of roots rock and blues\, seasoned with everything from reggae and country rock to pop.\n�He counts among his “Mt.
