DESCRIPTION:Get ready for four full days of treasure hunting during the Community-Wide Yard Sales\, happening June 25–28! This year’s event is under new ownership\, and we’re excited to introduce a few small changes designed to make the experience even better for both sellers and shoppers. \nFor the first time\, the sales will run two additional days (Four days total)\, giving buyers more time to explore and sellers more opportunities to connect with customers. To help maximize visibility\, sellers may choose to be included in the official yard sale map and address list\, which will be distributed both in print and digitally throughout the community. \nTo help cover the cost of printing\, materials\, and staff time required to coordinate this expanded event\, a minimal $5 participation fee will be introduced for sellers who wish to sign up. Seller registration will open on May 1st\, 2026. \nPrinted maps will be available for pick-up beginning June 23 at the Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce during all hours either through the office or through the Gazebo on the east end of the property\, as well as at select participating businesses around town. \nChamber members will also have the opportunity to purchase advertising space in the printed map to promote their business/happenings during one of the community’s busiest shopping weekends. \nWhether you’re selling\, shopping\, or just love the thrill of the hunt—this year’s Community-Wide Yard Sales promise more days\, more stops\, and more great finds than ever before!

They’ve performed at music festivals around the Pacific Northwest\, including Treefort Music Fest\, PDX Pop Now!\, Freakout\, Lose Yr Mind\, Soul’d Out\, Biamp Portland Jazz Festival and more\, with live shows that have been described as a “jubilant rhythmic frenzy” and “mind-altering”. OPT has been proud to share the stage at beautiful theaters and hails around the PNW with legendary acts like Ural Thomas and the Pain\, Y La Bamba\, Thee Sacred Souls\, The Dandy Warhols\, Edna Vasquez and many other incredible groups. Their third album “El Poder” will be released on June 19th\, 2026. \nOn a gloomy Pacific Northwest weekend in November 2020\, OPT started writing new material at a beach-side cabin for what would become their third full length album\, “El Poder”. The cloudy\, overcast mood of the coastal forest afforded obvious inspiration which could subsequently be heard on the demo recordings. A warm\, inviting Living-room-session amongst close friends\, truly allowed for spontaneous creativity and earnest musicianship at a crucial developmental stage in the album’s trajectory. \n“El Poder” finds OPT continuing its traditional cumbia-centric path\, while also delving into salsa\, and psychedelic northwest-inspired sounds. “El Poder” is Orquestra Pacific Tropical at the height of their powers\, satisfying the veteran listener as well as offering new sonic explorations and a wholy unique latin music experience.

DESCRIPTION:Thrifted is the way to go! Bountiful Blessings Giving Closet presents to the public our first Fashion Show! From work to play\, baby to adult\, we are here to show you how second hand attire is full of golden opportunities at affordable\, FREE prices.  \nOur fashion show will be June 28th at the Mid-Columbia Senior Center from 2 to 4 pm. Tickets are $10 (which can be pre-purchased online\, follow the link). You can also bring a non-perishable food donation in lieu of a ticket at the door. Proceeds from the fashion show will go toward a new laptop\, purchasing fixtures and supplies (we need to replace a couple of racks). We’re also trying to find a larger location to move to in the future. \nAll monetary donations to Bountiful Blessings Giving Closet are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law\, as administered by our fiscal sponsor\, Gorge Ecumenical Ministries\, EIN# 23-7048820\, 501(c3) nonprofit organization.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready for four full days of treasure hunting during the Community-Wide Yard Sales\, happening June 25–28! This year’s event is under new ownership\, and we’re excited to introduce a few small changes designed to make the experience even better for both sellers and shoppers. \nFor the first time\, the sales will run two additional days (Four days total)\, giving buyers more time to explore and sellers more opportunities to connect with customers. To help maximize visibility\, sellers may choose to be included in the official yard sale map and address list\, which will be distributed both in print and digitally throughout the community. \nTo help cover the cost of printing\, materials\, and staff time required to coordinate this expanded event\, a minimal $5 participation fee will be introduced for sellers who wish to sign up. Seller registration will open on May 1st\, 2026. \nPrinted maps will be available for pick-up beginning June 23 at the Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce during all hours either through the office or through the Gazebo on the east end of the property\, as well as at select participating businesses around town. \nChamber members will also have the opportunity to purchase advertising space in the printed map to promote their business/happenings during one of the community’s busiest shopping weekends. \nWhether you’re selling\, shopping\, or just love the thrill of the hunt—this year’s Community-Wide Yard Sales promise more days\, more stops\, and more great finds than ever before!
