DESCRIPTION:5PM | FOUR WRITING PROMPTS: THE BEGINNING OF FOUR NEW STORIES OR POEMS (WRITING WORKSHOP) \nPlease join us in our Studio at Columbia Arts where acclaimed writer and musician Ken Waldman will lead a 2-hour workshop designed for writers of any experience\, ability\, and age (though recommended for writers at least 13 years old). \nThe more you write\, the luckier you get. Each time you start a piece\, there’s an opportunity to get luckier than ever. The trick is getting started. Here\, you’ll not only begin four new pieces\, but will learn strategies to begin many more. The session is open to writers of all levels and experience. \nHe will also play a fiddle concert at 7pm following the workshop. \nKen Waldman is a former college professor with an MFA in Creative Writing from University of Alaska Fairbanks.
