We invite all middle school and high school student athletes to take advantage of this opportunity. \nJoin us Thursday\, July 23rd from 4-7pm at KVH Family Medicine \nNo appointment required \nInstructions: \nDownload and print the sports physicals forms: https://kvhealth.net/files/Free_Sports_Physical_Day_2026_Campaign.pdf \nParents/guardians must complete and sign the sports physicals forms. \nStudents should bring the entire packet to the appointment. \nParents do not need to be present\, but the physical cannot be conducted without signed forms. \nPlease note that ASB purchases and IMPACT Concussion Baseline Assessments are managed separately by the Goldendale School District. \nWe look forward to seeing your student athlete! It is a space to imagine new ways of expanding opportunity\, share resources\, and build a more connected\, thriving rural America. \n Rural Assembly Everywhere brings together people from across the country who care deeply about their rural places\, neighbors\, and community issues. This year\, Rural Assembly Everywhere will be connecting communities both during their digital broadcast and with over 30 in-person site gatherings in rural places across the country.  \nThe virtual broadcast will feature conversations around topics that impact rural places including an interview with Mary Annette Pember\, author of “Medicine River: A Story of Survival and the Legacy of Indian Boarding Schools”\, a panel on supporting your neighbors through mutual aid\, and a conversation about effectively funding rural. There will also be performances and stories from rural artists\, musicians\, and community leaders. \nFollowing the broadcast there will be time for conversation and questions.
