Since she quit her day job in 2022\, she has released three full length albums and played over 350 shows across the country. Blending intimate storytelling\, gorgeous melodies\, and rich instrumentation\, The Color Green wanders through growing up\, falling in love\, missing home\, watching parents get old\, thinking about life and death\, and slowing down to savor all of it. Fans of Adrianne Lenker\, Hannah Cohen\, and Angie McMahon may find something to love in her music. \nJ.E. SUNDE \nJ.E. Sunde (Jonathan Edward Sunde) is a songwriter and composer based out of Minneapolis\, MN. Jon studied western classical music with a vocal emphasis at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Starting in college\, Jon spent ten years making beautifully unusual music with The Daredevil Christopher Wright. He has since released three solo records with his most recent record\, “9 Songs About Love\,” released in November of 2020. With a love of songwriters and performers like Leonard Cohen\, Nina Simone\, and Paul Simon\, Jon writes densely poetic songs with a bent toward the philosophical. Also\, his voice sounds like some sort of weird angel.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready for four full days of treasure hunting during the Community-Wide Yard Sales\, happening June 25–28! This year’s event is under new ownership\, and we’re excited to introduce a few small changes designed to make the experience even better for both sellers and shoppers. \nFor the first time\, the sales will run two additional days (Four days total)\, giving buyers more time to explore and sellers more opportunities to connect with customers. To help maximize visibility\, sellers may choose to be included in the official yard sale map and address list\, which will be distributed both in print and digitally throughout the community. \nTo help cover the cost of printing\, materials\, and staff time required to coordinate this expanded event\, a minimal $5 participation fee will be introduced for sellers who wish to sign up. Seller registration will open on May 1st\, 2026. \nPrinted maps will be available for pick-up beginning June 23 at the Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce during all hours either through the office or through the Gazebo on the east end of the property\, as well as at select participating businesses around town. \nChamber members will also have the opportunity to purchase advertising space in the printed map to promote their business/happenings during one of the community’s busiest shopping weekends. \nWhether you’re selling\, shopping\, or just love the thrill of the hunt—this year’s Community-Wide Yard Sales promise more days\, more stops\, and more great finds than ever before!

DESCRIPTION:Give your elementary-aged child a delicious passport to the world! Our “Around the World” culinary camp is a hands-on journey where young chefs (ages 5-12) explore diverse cultures\, one recipe at a time. Participants will learning authentic cooking techniques\, discovering exciting new flavors\, and follow multiple recipes each day of camp from start to finish.After tasting their creations\, students will box them up for home (if there is any left)! \nCulinary classes in The Makery are not only fun and tasty\, but expose children to learning self-reliance\, reading comprehension\, units of measurement\, fractions\, utensil skills\, kitchen safety\, planning\, and patience.  \nEach child needs to bring a lunch and a water bottle.
