Please purchase or get a copy of the book from the library to read along with the group. While these waves were predicted by Einstein in 1915 the were only directly detected by LIGO 10 years ago. Since that first detection over 300 detections have been made expanding our ability to understand the cosmos and the fundamental laws of physics that govern it.
