SUMMARY:Live Theatre - The Woman in Black
DESCRIPTION:The Woman in Black \n\nAdapted by Stephen Mallatratt \nBased on the novel by Susan Hill \n  \nOctober 3\, 4\, 10\, 11\, 17 & 18 – Doors at 7pm – Show at 7:30pm \nOctober 5 & 12 – Doors at 1:30pm – Show at 2:00pm \nPlease plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes early \n  \nDirected by Joe Garoutte \nRecommended ages 12 and up. \nThis ghost story\, while not gory\, will include intense moments of suspense utilizing lighting\, sound and fog. \n  \nPlease also be aware that this production will feature sequences of flashing lights. \n  \nRun Time: Approximately 2 hours with a 20-minute intermission \n  \nEnter the chilling world of The Woman in Black\, a ghost story that will leave you breathless and on the edge of your seat. Arthur Kipps\, a man forever haunted by a horrifying encounter\, hires a young actor to help him retell the events that shattered his life. Together\, they bring to life his time in a remote\, fog-shrouded English village\, where the desolate streets and creaking manor conceal a shadowy figure\, the Woman in Black. Her vengeful spirit seems to follow everyone who comes near\, and as Kipps recounts the story\, the two men (and the audience) are drawn into a web of supernatural dread where the line between the living and the dead grows terrifyingly thin. \nEvery flicker of light\, every whisper of wind\, and every haunting sound effect becomes a character in its own right\, amplifying the suspense and pulling you deeper into the story. The Woman in Black is not just a play; it is a masterclass in tension and fear\, an immersive theatrical experience where terror lurks in every shadow and even the smallest noise could herald something sinister. By the time the show ends\, the chilling echo of the ghostly presence will stay with you long after you leave the theater. \n  \nTicket Prices: \n$23 (plus fees) Senior/Student \n$25 (plus fees) Adult

SUMMARY:Willy Tea Taylor & The Fellership / The Montvales
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, October 12th\, 2025 \n$20 Advance // $25 Day Of Show5pm Doors / 6pm ShowAll Ages \nWILLY TEA TAYLORThere is no question that Willy Tea Taylor’s life as a singer/songwriter was predetermined – his role realized the moment he wrote his first song. His inspirations drawn from two separate wells; Living the life of a cattleman’s kid and experiencing true visionaries music like Greg Brown\, John Hartford\, and Guy Clark. The image of Guy Clark and friends sitting around the kitchen table loaded with ashtrays full of butts\, half-smoked cigarettes\, food\, and booze on one Christmas Eve in 1975 burned into Taylor’s soul. Those guys\, swapping songs without pretense\, lit Willy Tea’s fire. And ever since\, its led purpose with passion – finding a hang by curating relationships through musical friendships that get him closer to his own Clark style kitchen table. \nFrom his early days co-fronting The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit\, to singing solo in countless cowboy bars\, to pitching countless wiffle ball games\, Willy Tea has never lost the vision. Now Willy Tea Taylor has taken his vision of the “hero hang” on the road. and his talented traveling band The Fellership is made up of his fantastically talented buds who play Willy’s songs with a brand of reckless abandon and utter humility that spits in the face of pretense. The way The Fellership plays Will’s songs is the way they demand to be played and\, in their short time together\, they have been awe-ing every audience lucky enough to see them. \nTHE MONTVALESBorn and raised in Knoxville\, TN\, Sally Buice and Molly Rochelson of songwriter duo The Montvales spent much of their formative years busking amidst the Elvis impersonators and musical saw players of the town’s Market Square\, honing their uniquely boisterous harmonies and driving\, joyful sound.Eventually they graduated to playing indoors on the local Americana radio station\, WDVX\, and found community in old-time circles around town. A local fiddler’s dairy cows were among the first intrepid listeners of their early DIY recordings. After moving away for several years to seek their fortunes separately\, Molly and Sally finally reunited in 2019 to write and record their first album\, Heartbreak Summer Camp. The two now make their home in Cincinnati\, OH\, spending their days touring extensively and crafting intimate\, storytelling-driven songs that explore the joys and perils of self-determination. Their new album\, Born Strangers\, is produced by Mike Eli LoPinto (producer and co-writer of Emily Nenni’s “On the Ranch”\, guitarist for Chris Stapleton) and recorded in Sean Sullivan’s Tractor Shed Studio in Nashville. Tracks from the album have been featured by The Bluegrass Situation\, Holler.\, The American Songwriter\, The Bluegrass Standard\, Twangville\, and more. The twelve songs careen recklessly across the whole folk-country spectrum\, showcasing The Montvales’ distinctive harmonies and building a sonic world just expansive and surprising enough to hold the wide-eyed existentialism of the stories and questions raised by the lyrics.
