Winter Solstice Restorative Yin Yoga w/Sound Healing & Acupuncture

Join us this Sunday, December 21st for a nurturing Winter Solstice offering designed to restore your nervous system just in time for the holidays.
Restorative yoga and a calming sound bath will be led by Kaitlin Iversen, licensed bodywork therapist and yoga instructor, and grounding Acupuncture will be given by Danielle Melanson, a licensed acupuncturist of 19 years.
