Transitions : An Autumn Equinox Dance

Autumn Equinox is always a time for recognizing transitions as well as the places of balance in our lives.
As harvest is so visible here in The Gorge, gleaning is on the mind.
How shall we store & celebrate the fruits of our years?
How shall we grieve the lost crops & dreams that didn’t thrive?
What are we taking with us into the next season of life?
What are we leaving in the field of the past for composting?
What transitions are we resisting in this time of equal parts light & dark?
From individual transitions in our commUNITY to the shifts of our shared world… we will move together on this seasonal holy day
to pause & appreciate that we are all here, now –
Together.
We will dance a Wave, explore a Stillness Circle Ritual supported by live drummers and feel the turning of the 5Rhythms® Medicine Mandala as we collectively move from Stillness slowly into the next Flowing movement in our lives.
This emergent experience is a dedication to our commUNITY that was brought together by this beloved practice and our dear Sara’s commitment to holding this space.
