Emily Love & The Highliners bring 90s country sparkle, honky tonk grit, and rock and roll edge to every stage they play. Formed in Portland in 2023, the five-piece quickly became a favorite in the city’s two-step scene thanks to their high-energy, dance-ready shows and sharp, hook-driven songwriting.
Fronted by Emily Love, whose lyrics balance heartbreak and humor with an empowered perspective, the band pairs bright telecaster leads, driving rhythms, and pedal steel shimmer with choruses built for crowd singalongs. Their debut album, Heart of a Fool (2025), showcases their blend of classic country influence and modern personality.
