Clinic: $250
Deposit: $50 (reserves your space)
Haul-in: $15 per day
Auditors: $30 per person, per day
Stall: $15 per night.
Dry camping: $15 per night.
Join HRSC for $75 and all haul-in/overnight fees are waived

A non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Spaces in the Clinic are on a first-in first-served basis, with your spot confirmed by a non-refundable deposit, due at time of booking. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to the clinic date (we will send a reminder and final details/what to bring etc).If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, but are unable to make the clinic, you will only be refunded the deposit (less a $30 admin fee) if you are able to find a rider to replace your spot or if there is a waiting list with someone who would like to take your spot. Please call the Clinic Host immediately if you must cancel. Refunds will be made by check and mailed to you as soon as possible. If we have to cancel the clinic due to being under minimum numbers, we will refund deposits in full.
