ROBERT HENRY & THE REPEATERS at Trout Lake Hall
Born in the South, Robert Henry grew up listening to the classic country music of Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, George Jones and Waylon Jennings, to name a few.

After moving to Oregon at a young age, Robert Henry found his musical pulse in a heavy metal band alongside Jake Mauro called “Bigger Trigger.” Robert Henry discovered that his voice was drawn to country music, collaborating with Jake to develop the country music band Robert Henry & the Repeaters.

In 2015, Robert Henry honed his performance skills as the in-house “singin’ cowboy” for attendees of Yellowstone National Park’s Old West Dinner Cookouts.

Following his popularity in Montana, Robert Henry participated in a songwriting session in Nashville, TN. The producer turned to him and said, “if you want to get these songs on the radio, you’ve gotta please the gatekeepers.” After that conversation, Robert Henry’s song “Storm the Gate” was written in one hour. Following its release, “Storm the Gate” won Best Traditional Country Song at the 2020 World Songwriting Awards.

Later that year, Robert Henry recorded George Jones and Tammy Wynette’s song “Take Me” with their daughter, Georgette Jones and released his first EP titled, “In The Works.”

Eager to revive the roots of old country music that run so deep in America, Robert Henry has now assembled a talented force of musicians to inspire all generations.

The Repeaters are a key element in Robert Henry’s current sound, a robust country twang that draws music lovers to the dance floor. Band members include Matt Hogan on bass and vocals, Justyn Lewis on guitar, Gunnar Richardson on guitar, and Bob Littleton on pedal steel. Jake Mauro holds the beat on drums and collaborates on some of the song writing.

“The Way it Usually Goes,” the new Honky Tonk album from Robert Henry & the Repeaters, is set to release in December 2023.
