The phenomenal tenor saxophonist Renato Caranto returns to Hood River to kickstart the new weekly Saturday night live music series at the Phelps Creek tasting room. The series will be curated by local genre-bending musician Chic Preston and will feature a fresh weekly presentation featuring some of the Northwest’s finest musicians. This week, Renato will be joined by NW Hammond B3 Organ master Louis “King Louie” Pain,Chicago/Portland drummer Michael Raynor and Chic Preston on voice and guitar. Expect high-octane jazz, R&B and funk. Weather permitting the band will perform on the spacious patio which features comfy seating, delicious Phelps Creek wines and food pairings.
