Remembrance Day (and work party weekend!) at White Eagle

This gathering in service to the land and the spirits of our loved ones is a yearly tradition.
Join us for some productive and reflective time together on the land
Sunday November 9th, 11am – 4pm.
We gather in the lodge to begin the day together, then split into smaller groups for project work, to prepare the burial ground for winter.
We’ll share a fire circle lunch of soup and soul cakes, and then some Ceremony around the fire, with Portland Celebrant Holly Pruett – including a shared Litany of Remembrance – and then an introduction to our New Phone of the Wind, and quiet time on the land for reflection.
Please wear sturdy work clothes, bring gloves and hand tools, and objects of remembrance for the altar.
WEMP stewards will be available to answer questions about natural burial, and site sales from this event are discounted 10%.
