Pumpkin Run 5 Miler

Join the Columbia Gorge Running Club for our annual Pumpkin Run. This year’s event will once again be part of the Stumptown Cross cross county series, so we will be joined by other runners from around the region coming to enjoy the 8k (5-mile) loop around the beautiful trails of Strawberry Island and Fort Cascades with us.

This is a fun event for walkers and joggers, so join us even if you don’t feel like running fast! And as always, we will have our costume contest, so if you wear a costume, we will be awarding prizes to the best. Starts and finishes at the Strawberry Island Trailhead by the baseball field in North Bonneville, WA.

FROM VANCOUVER
Take SR 14 east from Camas.
Travel approximately 25 miles to North Bonneville.
Turn right off SR 14 into North Bonneville (at Chevron gas station).
Turn right on Cascade Drive.
Travel about .3 miles.
Turn left on Portage Drive.
Arrive at Strawberry Island Trailhead.

FROM PORTLAND
Take I-84 east
Take Cascade Locks exit
Cross Bridge of the Gods
Turn left on SR 14
Turn left off SR 14 into North Bonneville (at Chevron gas station).
Turn right on Cascade Drive.
Travel about .3 miles.
Turn left on Portage Drive.
Arrive at Strawberry Island Trailhead.
