Porchello – Band of Cellos

PORCHELLO is an ensemble of 3 cellos and an upright bass, led by Dieter Ratzlaf (principal cellist for the Vancouver Symphony). The group plays a collection of classical and modern/popular songs arranged for cello. An eclectic collection of music sure to entertain!
The show is at the historic St Paul’s Chapel, 601 Union St, in downtown The Dalles, OR. An intimate setting (seats 80-90 people) in an 1850’s chapel with an all wooden interior, creating a wonderful, warm sound.
Show starts at 2pm, Sunday June 29. Doors open at 1:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased on line at the link below ($21 includes a $1 service fee). Tickets will also be available at the door, as long as they last, for those that cannot use the ticketing website ($20). 20% of all ticket sales will go to a contribution to the chapel.
