Peach season in the Gorge is something special and there’s no better way to celebrate it than with a homemade peach pie, made entirely from scratch.
In this class, we’ll cover everything: a buttery, flaky crust (no more soggy bottoms!), a perfectly spiced peach filling using fresh local peaches, and how to finish it beautifully. You’ll leave with a whole pie and the skills to make it again and again every summer.
We’re tying in fresh peaches from local orchards — because nothing beats local fruit at peak season.
