Makerspace Monday: Paper Quilling Youth Workshop

Join us for a free youth workshop on Monday, December 15th from 6:00-7:30pm.
Kids ages 8+ are invited to learn the art of paper quilling and create a unique handmade card at OSU Extension Office-Hood River County.
