Lucid Dream Yoga

Join us for a community gathering at Yoga Samadhi dedicated to awakening lucid dreaming through the ancient practice of Dream Yoga.
Awaken lucid dreaming through the ancient Tibetan practice of Dream Yoga with two experienced teacher-practitioners, Chelsea Waves & Katie Love. As direct students of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche & Andrew Holecek, Katie and Chelsea have been blessed by both teachers to share these sacred nocturnal inner yogic practices.
We will gather to engage in teachings and practices on lucid dreaming, dream yoga, and sacred sleep.
All dreamers are welcome, from the curious beginner to the seasoned practitioner.
