Join Hood River Adult Softball (HRAS) as we host our inaugural Coed Super Draft Tournament, where players will be drafted onto teams for a fun, competitive weekend—all while supporting a local family navigating childhood cancer. This tournament is open to the public, not just those already on teams. $60 per player, 3 game minimum guaranteed!

What is a Super Draft? (How it Works)
Think of it as the ultimate softball lottery. Instead of bringing your usual league team, everyone signs up as a solo player.

To keep it spicy, teams are drawn completely at random using a “bucket system”:
-The Pitchers: Drawn first so every team has someone to throw strikes.
-The Rest: Drawn from “guy” and “girl” buckets until the teams are full.

Could a team end up totally stacked? Honestly, yes! With a random draw, who knows what the softball gods will hand you. You might get a team of absolute sluggers, or you might get a squad where half the team is just there for the snacks. That’s the fun of the draft, it’s a total surprise.
