About the Artist:
Mindie Gum-Grivell is a self-taught, independent artist, and creative director focused on providing products and services to art lovers, small businesses, and those seeking engaging, expressive experiences. Originally from Vancouver, Washington, Mindie began her full-time art practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has since grown into a practice she operates both in person and remotely from Skamania County, Washington.
Working in both traditional and digital mediums, she is best known for her colorful, wildly imaginative artwork and design, featuring detailed concept portraiture and bright, uplifting visual storytelling. Her work has been exhibited in galleries across the United States and has earned multiple creative and entrepreneurship awards.
In addition to her studio practice, Mindie collaborates with brands, organizations, and creative teams on applied projects spanning design, branding, marketing, and event production—bringing a creative yet practical approach to both visual identity and business operations.
