
Food Preservation: Refrigerator Pickles

This October, Hood River County 4-H is offering a series of evening workshops where youth can create their own freezer jam, fruit leather, refrigerator pickles, and healthy dehydrated snacks while learning real food preservation skills.
No 4-H membership required. Come for one workshop or join us for all four!
Ages 9-18 • $5 per class • Financial assistance available
