Close friends and food fanatics, Andrea Anderson and Joleen Maxwell are excited to start their pop-up dinner here at Trout Lake Hall! As residents of Glenwood, they are happy to be able to offer their friends and neighbors a fun and elevated experience here in our small community.
MENU $50 (drinks not included)
Starter:
Spring butter board: French butter, prosciutto, green garlic, spring radishes, fresh herbs and pine nuts. Served with White Salmon Bakery baguette and buttermilk biscuits.
Choice of Entree:
Saffron Risotto Cakes with Lemon Aioli and Microgreens served with Roasted Asparagus and Radishes with Mustard Vinaigrette
OR
Spring rabbit stew: light rabbit stew, full of flavor from pancetta, white wine, fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, celery and a ton of fresh herbs.
Dessert:
Strawberry Tiramisu
