Date Night with Special Guest Chef Bird Creek Provisions
Close friends and food fanatics, Andrea Anderson and Joleen Maxwell are excited to start their pop-up dinner here at Trout Lake Hall! As residents of Glenwood, they are happy to be able to offer their friends and neighbors a fun and elevated experience here in our small community.
Prefixed Menu ($50 per person, drinks not included)
Starter: Raclette, served with pickled vegetables, prosciutto, and crusty bread.
Main Entree (Choice of):
– Pappardelle pasta with sun-dried tomato sauce, black oil-cured olives, and ‘nduja (Can be prepared vegetarian or vegan upon request).
– Red wine braised beef cheeks served over parsnip puree. (gluten-free).
Dessert: Earl Grey crème brûlée.

We are planning to offer three wines: a Chardonnay with the raclette, a Pinot Noir with the main course, and a skin-contact Riesling with dessert.

LUSHINGToN makes sparkling and still wines that have balance, energy, and showcase the vineyard’s natural attributes. Hi Hill Vineyard was first planted in 1978 in the hills above Lyle, WA.
Sitting at 1888ft in elevation, the site has been organically farmed since its inception.
The vineyard is a prime location for sparkling wine with exceptional minerality and heaps of natural acidity; inhabited by old vine Pinot Noir and Riesling, and with Pinot Meunier bearing fruit in 2023. LUSHINGToN is a one-woman show; from farming the grapes, to making the wine, designing the labels (even this website).
