Ceramic Jewelry

Follow along with instructor Ashley Stare with step-by-step instructions on how to create the their own ceramic jewelry. We will aim to make 8 different pieces of earrings and pendants, decorate them with colorful underglazes, and learn about adding high-temp wire. You will also learn how to create a strong connection between two pieces of clay, and safe clean-up methods.
Once pieces are finished, they will be transported to the ceramics studio for two firings and will get two coats of clear glaze so they come out looking glossy. Completed work will be ready to pick up in roughly 3-5 weeks. If you are just visiting Hood River we are happy to mail your pieces to you for an additional fee.
All materials, instruction and firings included. Learn a new skill and make something that will last for years!

If you cannot attend a class, a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the class via email or phone is required for a full refund of the class fee. After that there is no refund.
Students will receive a confirmation email of the purchase of the class. And 3 days prior to the class they will receive a reminder email. Please keep a look out for these emails.
