AN EVENING WITH BIRD CREEK WHISKEY
Join Bird Creek Whiskey for an evening of storytelling and guided tasting in Trout Lake. Inspired by Mt. Adams and Bird Creek Meadows, our locally owned distillery is rooted in the agricultural heritage of the Pacific Northwest.
Guests will learn about our grain-to-glass approach, the rare and heritage barleys we work with, and the farmers who help bring each bottle to life. The evening includes an introduction to Bird Creek Whiskey and a guided tasting of select expressions, with time for questions and conversation.
We look forward to gathering with the Trout Lake community and sharing what we are building.
