Acrylic Painting Basics: Landscapes

Capture the beauty of the world around us with a personal piece done in acrylic while learning the fundamentals of the medium. In this class artists will send in a photo of a landscape that resonates with them, and instructor Marcy H. will create a basic outline of the piece to work from. The class will go over the basics of acrylics from color mixing and basic color theory to layering and how to create a finished piece and you will be applying that knowledge to create a unique piece of your own.
