Register today for the 2025 HBA of Greater Portland’s Professional Women in Building Retreat! Prepare to be inspired by industry leaders in the “windsurfing capital of the world.” Hood River is located at the panoramic crossroads of the Columbia River Gorge and the Cascade Range and is only about 1-hour outside of Portland. It’s chock-full of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, craft breweries, wineries, and farm-to-table bounty. This year’s event takes place on Tuesday, October 14, at the Hood River Hotel in Hood River.
Programming includes a full day of inspiration and education featuring two keynote speakers: Jodi Hack, OHBA CEO, & Barbara Miller, Neil Kelly VP of Design Sales, along with multiple roundtable discussions and valuable panel discussions at the Hood River Hotel’s beautiful Emerald Room on Tuesday. Choose to add on Monday night Welcome Reception (limited number available) and plan to stay overnight or drive out for the day. Shop, dine, and wine-taste. Meet new friends and form lasting connections.

Monday, October 13th
– 5:00 pm: Welcome happy hour at Sustain in Hood River with heavy hors d’oeuvres and wine tasting
Tuesday, October 14th
– 8:00 am – 8:45 am: Networking Breakfast & Registration
– 9:00 am – 12:30 pm: Retreat presentations, roundtables, panels, and more
– 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch & networking
– 1:30 pm -4:45 pm: Retreat presentations, roundtables, panels, and more
– 4:45 pm – 5:00 pm: Closing remarks and retreat wrap-up
– 5:30 pm – Joint Reception hosted by Oregon Home Buildesr Assocaition (OHBA)
